perfect for your business needs. And the most important i am very impressed is its color depth. The display is bright, cristal clear and awesome. I compared this nokia n70 its pretty superiour in its color depth. I am also equally impressed with video playback good video quality and plays in wide fullscreen 
Some Disadvantages
- Its music play isnt that superior, however the music is good.
- It comes with only single earphone.

how to play mp4 video files with nokia phones? I tried playing with Real player (comes w/ Nokia) and it seems that these formats are not recognizable.

As far as i know it should play that format! certainly should play. I had the same problem with nokia n70 but it looks like you have to change fps or frame rate something compatible to mobile (not to PC) mp4 format. I used DivX converter software (see: http://www.divx.com/divx/windows/converter/)
