I have been a fan of GTA (Grand Theft Auto) series for a long long time since GTA2. I just cant keep thinking about GTA 4 and the way new technologies like Mobile phone, Internet were incorporated and played a more substantial role in the game. Kudos to the developers of the game and they deserve every respect of mine.
Niko Bellic comes to America in search of future and the way the relationship of his cousin depicted is something so sentimental.
If you ask me whats special in GTA 4, then….
1. In GTA4, Niko will be getting his own mobile phone. Many people like bosses, girl friend will phone you or SMS you the missions or updates. It is something very nice. You will have their call entries even in the address book for you to later call them.
2. You will need to go to Internet Cafes and access your email account. You will get many stealing missions in the form of email. Further, you can access many websites to get more information. For example if you want to date a girl, just go to dating website and click date. If the girl likes you she will send you an email indicating the time and location to meet her.
In one such mission i remember, i need to go a LAW office to kill a lawyer and the mission just tells the name of law office. I dont have any mark in GPS map nor any address of that location. i just gave a thought and went to nearest internet cafe and the website of the law company was there. I found the address of law company mentioned in the website. I went to the exact location and just completed my mission. This is something nice!
3. In one mission, a gang member just sends me a photo of the person by SMS and i was asked to kill him. He knows nothing about him like address and no GPS mark in the map. so, how do i find this guy?
All i had to do is steal a police car, upload the picture from my mobile phone to the police scanner via bluetooth and the scanner will do photo identification and once this is complete, it will find out the residential address of this guy and place a mark in the GPS map! So intuitive! Hmmmm
Here is my advice! If you want to complete GTA4 then you have to be good at shooting and riding the cars or bike. If you are in chasing missions here is the trick - dont go too fast, just follow him as long it takes. He had to stop somewhere and once he stops you can kill him easily.
