Just recently bought GTA 4 PC version and it is dead cheap in India. It costs about $10 which i believe is the best pricing ever happened to Indian gamers. But rockstar knows that the game requires very high end hardware and not everybody can make the game run on their PC.
Having played the PS3 version of GTA IV which came in last january 2008, i feel that the PC version graphics is way better than in PS3.
PS3 Graphics
- Blurs during daytime
- Glow on cars which hurts eyes
- Looks good in night time
- Lack of clarity in textures.
PC Graphics
- Graphics much better
- Has clarity
- Gameplay is little difficult
- Game runs slow & performance issues.
The WINNER is XBOX360 and then comes PC version. I hate GTA IV played PS3.

I have it on the xbox360 and pc, pc is better I think (with xbox360controller) it doesn’t run slow if you have a good pc (and installed the latest patch) and don’t forget one of the biggest pro .. it’s moddable on pc
