Quite often on many number of occasions you wanted to print lengthy excel sheets columnwise and with the large amount of data, it might easily take two sheets to print one page.
The secret to print lengthy long sheets is landscape mode and not portrait mode. This many people forget and most just use portrait mode with A4 paper. Even with notepad you can print in landscape mode and not always the case with excel. You can also shrink the % of normal size inorder to accomodate more wide content in the excel sheet.
Many financial data sheets may easily have 50 to 100 columns and with that kind of lengthy data it will easily consume 2 print landscape pages, just to print one month data. Even this doesnt help, you have to use A3 size paper. Be aware that most printers for home use, can only print A4 sheets and cant take A3 size of sheet.
