Has anybody noticed this issue with hdfc netbanking?
i have been quietly noticing this for the past 2 months and i am unable to use hdfc netbanking to make bill payments online.
i regularly make bill payments online from my hdfc bank account to airtel, tata indicom, vodafone and now all i see hdfc netbanking option missing or i get the error not supported this time. I really dont know what the problem with the bank i just hope that it will get fixed very soon.

Yes….I’ve been facing the same problem and the best thing is that when you enquire with HDFC Bank phonebanking or at the branch or with their Customer Relationship Manager, they pretend as if the issue does not exist and they do not know what you’re talking about. I cannot pay Vodafone, TTML, RIL and MTNL bills for the last 7-10 days and am forced to resort to sending cheques which is tedious after all these years of E-payments.

Yes I too have see this. For last two months i am using other payments method. vodafone is not accepting hdfc netbank
is the problem with vodafone or with hdfc?

Hey! it seems now they have fixed the problem. HDFC payment is now working on ebay.

Its fukin irritating when they ask the security questions….
I have been answering the fukin questions correctly, and still the transaction keeps failing.
Goddam it HDFC…. u guys need some better security verification techniques…

I am having problems in paying bills online with hdfc, out of six months and several tries for making a payment on internet bill, only one time was successfull, now i am depending on my friends to pay the bill.
Hdfc is running my nerves as even now i tried paying online bill.

Its very irritating that since last two months (OR even More), I am unable to pay for my online transactions thru Net Banking (eg. Mobile Bill, IRCTC Ticketing, Membership Fees etc.)
The bank must resolve the issue soon, otherwise people will resort to other banks.

Same problem here. Trying to call them, they don’t answer phone. Post a message, no reply. They pain in the neck.
