I have been using Apple mail for quite a few years and everytime i see the sent messages, all the messages are grouped by same subject. I get quite frustrated with grouping or organizing emails based on conversations and wanted to disable them. Here is how you disable this feature. Just go to View > Uncheck the Organize by conversation. Pretty easy!! Once you do that grouping will be disabled.
