With every new post i do, very often i tend to forget to tick off, disable ads in this page option that comes with adman, as a result my adsense ads were disabled automatically and i lose revenue. It seems like i have no option at all to automatically enable the adsense option.

Just found the solution.

Open the plugin php file, look for this line, changed to checked = ’0′.

To track your adsense checks sent from google..

Go to bluedart site (http://bluedart.com), enter your payment number (without front zero) , then select track by reference and you should see the airway bill number. Note that down! Give a call to bluedart office with that airway bill no.

It has been 7 May 2009 and many indian adsense publishers ...]]> Google has emailed most indian publishers, that they would discontinue DHL (for secured checks) and Indian Postal Service (for Standard checks) and starting from May 2009, all the checks will be sent by Bluedart courier at no additional charge. In India Bluedart handles all domestic courier shipments, while DHL only handles international courier service. It is believed that all adsense checks will be sent from Google office in India.

It has been 7 May 2009 and many indian adsense publishers are still anxiously waiting for their checks to be delivered. Track by reference to adsense payment is also not working in Bluedart site.

Addressing the concerns for publishers from India, there has been a official response from google employee in the adsense support forum

AdSense publishers in India will receive standard delivery checks mailed via the local courier service Blue Dart for no additional charge. Checks mailed by Blue Dart should arrive within 10-30 days of the check date.

Tracking numbers may be available for Blue Dart payments. You can check to see if one is available by by clicking any Payment link in your Payment History page. Blue Dart tracking numbers will typically be visible by the 15th of any month and can be tracked on www.bluedart.com.

Blue Dart is not able to service all areas throughout India. If you live in a location they don’t service, your check will be sent by Registered Post and should reach you within 2-3 weeks of the mailing date.

Note: Before placing the stop request make ...]]> Stopping Adsense Cheque & Re-Issue

If you are adsense publisher and you have lost the check or havent received a check in time by standard or secured delivery, you can always place a stop request to check and google will credit back your earnings. But you will get that money only in the next payment cycle.

You can also stop the check and request re-issue if you have lost your check by chance.

Note: Before placing the stop request make sure that your check is not cleared! You can login to your adsense account and click on the details of payment and the check cleared date will appear by 10th of every month.

For Standard Delivery

As per adsense requirements, you can always place a stop request after 30 days of time (1month)

But It is a good idea to wait for atleast 40 days of time for standard mail delivery because of postal delays in certain countries (especially in india) there is a good chance of getting check delivered well after 1 month by ordinary mail. For example, if you see payment issue date of Jan 25 and you can request reissue by first week of march.

For Secured Delivery

As per adsense requirements, you can ask for re-issue if you havent received checks by 5th of every month. It would be a good idea to request re-issue after 10th of every month. Be sure to track your secured check before requesting a reissue.

Generally a tracking no will ONLY appear in your adsense account under payment details by first week of every month or after 5 days of payment issued date and be sure to track the shipment from DHL website. Key in tracking no and see the status of shipment.

Important: If you have already placed a stop request and suddenly you have got the check and deposited in the bank the check would be dishonored and by that time google would have stopped the check. So dont deposit in the bank if you have already placed the stop request.

How do i request re-issue?

1. Login to your adsense account.
2. Note down the payment no, payment date, amount in local currency by clicking on My account > payments > details.
3. Follow this link: Adsense Request check reissue
4. Key in your full name and adsense login email . Do not use any other email address.

After one day or so you will get an automated email from google that the process has been started.

How much time it takes to stop the check and credit back earnings?

It usually takes about 15 days for google to stop the check and credit back your earnings. check out Adsense Help Center for more information.

How do i know the check is stopped and earnings credit back?

You will usually see “Check stopped – Earnings credited back” in your account, if google has successfully stopped the check.

When do i receive the payment for stopped check?

You will ONLY get this payment added to your previous month earningsNEXT payment cycle. You will see the total outstanding balance in your adsense account.

Do adsense checks expire?

If you have forgotten about the check and if you havent cashed the check, the check would automatically expire after 6 months. If thats the case your earnings will be credited back and your adsense account will be placed on temporary hold asking you to change the address and select new form of payment. Just go through the steps and save the changes.

TIP: Many people claim that there is another way to track your shipment in dhl website with just payment number. Go to DHL website, select track by shippers reference and input your payment number. You should be able to see the airway bill no and current status of your dhl shipment if sent by google. Get that airway bill no and key in to dhl home page tracking. Only with airway bill no, you will be able to trace it accurately.

Sometimes the status may not show as the shipment wouldnt have been picked up by dhl. In most cases the status will show up after 2-3 days of payment issued date.

The real danger of letting the checks expire is adsense thinks that your contact address could be expired one so your adsense account would be put on hold. To ...]]> Adsense checks automatically expire in 6 months, so dont forget to deposit your checks in your bank in time. There could also be a chance that you may have lost your cheque by mail or never received it. If thats the case, place the adsense stop check and reissue request with google.

Many adsense publishers were complaining that their checks were not received in the official adsense discussion forum citing many many reasons.

Not Receiving Payments on Time?

Hi,

Off late we have noticed complaints from Publishers about not receiving payments on time in spite of having no visible holds on the account. This was due to a bug which has been fixed and in the mean time we have been removing the holds manually and the publishers would be receiving the payments in the next payment cycle possible. Also, to be noted the holds removed between January 15 and February 15 will be reflected in payments issued at the end of February.

I am glad that Google fixed the problem and those publishers who got affected will get their payments in next payment cycle.

Not long ago a similar bug currency conversion bug hit many publishers showing 1:1 conversion rate.

My 2 adsense cheques hasnt arrived yet and it is now feb 9, 2009 and it has been over 40 days and still i havent received the dec 2008 cheque. Adding to that frustration, jan 2009 cheque hasnt come yet. Both are sent by standard delivery from Singaore. The more i expect the cheque everyday, more delay it gets! If you ...]]> If you are a small time earner from adsense program and have selected standard delivery mode (postal air mail) chances are the cheque which could take anywhere between 7 days to 1 month for you to receive depending on the place/city you live in India.

Normally most adsense publishers receive their cheque by the first week of every month by standard postal air mail. I have noticed that the cheques are sent from singapore by air mail. If you havent received your cheque by your usual date, you should allow atleast 45 days (at max) for the letter to reach you. You never know about the delays are quite unpredicatable with indian postal system which could be caused by festivals, holidays, strikes and may be anything.

I have been spotting that during Jan and Feb months checks dont reach in time and causes further delay. Many indian adsense publishers have been receiving checks after waiting for 2 months.

You can always request google to stop the lost cheque and re-issue the earnings on the next month cheque. Ironically i have seen many people getting their cheques after 1 month and after they have placed a re-issue request with google, which can cause quite a problem in cashing the cheque.

Waiting for checks sent by ordinary standard mail is just not worth it and highly unpredictable. It could be very frustrating often at times and everyday you check the postbox and the cheque hasnt come. Just pay $25 and get checks in time with secured delivery. Google does use DHL to send secured express cheques to India. It just takes about 5 days to reach you.

Wait for 40 days and then request a re-issue. Just login to your adsense account, click details note down cheque no, date, amount and use the contact form to notify them.

Change from Standard delivery to Secured Express delivery
Before 15th of every month.

Secured Express Delivery – Cheque stop request and re-issue
After 5th of every month

The adsense cheque is valid for 6 months and can be cashed anytime within that timeframe.
Google does charge about $25 to send the cheque from express courier delivery which is the safe and faster means of receiving the cheque. If you get small earnings and $25 is a lot of fee and not worth it.
