Paypal withdrawal to Indian banks delayed in Feb 2010!!!!

May indian paypal users have been complaining that paypal withdrawal initiated between Jan 27 to Feb 3, 2010 have been subjected to delay and funds not credited in their indian bank accounts.

Infact, there has been a huge discussion thread in Digitalpoint forums talked about the same issue.

Feb ’09 Paypal withdrawal delayed to Indian banks!

I have seen that many many webmasters have been complaining about their paypal withdrawal not reaching to most of their indian bank accounts.

It appears to be those withdrawals initiated between Feb 19 to Feb 24 are facing the delay.

Paypal view limits missing?

I have been noticing this since this september 2008 and the “view limits” option is missing most PP accounts. Earlier there used to be a cap of $2500 monthly withdrawal limit and this option is missing or entirely disappeard and nowhere to be found for most verified indian paypal accounts.

I wonder how many people have noticed this. I would appreciate if anybody give a feedback if you come across this.
