Ryan air operates in and out of eindhoven airport. If you want want to go to amsterdam you have the option of taking train or shuttle bus to amsterdam city centre (central station).
The shuttle bus is the easiest and is operated by http://www.airexpressbus.com/. Usually it takes 1.5 hours to reach amsterdam, be sure to check the timings of the shuttle bus to amsterdam,, because once i missed the bus and had to take the train to eindhoven city and then take again a bus/taxi to eindhoven airport. The eindhoven airport from eindhoven central station is about 15 mins and usually the taxis ask for 25 euros.

Remember, the last shuttle bus in the morning from amsterdam central to eindhoven airport is 9.15 AM and after that the next one is at 1 PM. Be sure to be as early as you can to reach eindhoven airport. Amsterdam does have shilpol airport and the airport shuttle buses are available from there as well.
