Be aware that the skavsta airport is far away from stockholm city center and it takes approx 80 minutes to reach by bus. You have to take Flygbussarna airport coaches from T-terminalen bus station in stockholm (its in world trade centre building – go walk on top of bridge from central train station).
Keep in mind that the coaches can be full sometimes and it is always a good idea to prebook tickets online or at the kiosks in the bus station, rather than purchasing tickets in the bus. Watch out for their timings. In stockholm the metro runs whole night on saturdays and sundays.
