The Huge ship stuck on suez canal is making headlines across the world. Those who see the name printed in BIG letters EVERGREEN is actually company name.
It is not to be confused with the actual name of the ship which is ‘Ever Given’

Ever Given is a Golden-class container ship, among the largest container ships in the world. She is owned by Shoei Kisen Kaisha, and time chartered and operated by Taiwanese container transportation and shipping company Evergreen Marine. It also has a history of collision in 2019.
Ever Given can carry as many as 20,124 twenty-foot containers and an operation to remove these by crane would be highly challenging.
